The following definitions explain the Terms and conditions that apply when you use BP77’s “play for real” services. When we mention “we,” “our,” “us,” the “company,” or the “website,” we’re referring to BP77.

“Account” means the account you have with us (website BP77), used for betting and gaming on the website.

“Games” include all the different betting and gambling services offered on the website, such as casino games, poker, bingo, lottery, sports betting, live betting, and special tournaments and events.

3. These Terms & Conditions create a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and BP77 regarding Service usage.

2.4. You cannot transfer, sell, or use your Account for someone else.

This restriction covers the transfer of any valuable assets related to the Account, including ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, and any associated rights or claims, whether legally, commercially, or otherwise.

3.1. We can change these Terms & Conditions without giving you prior notice. We have the authority to do this based on our own judgement. The revised Terms & Conditions become effective when we publish them on the website. If you keep using our website and services after we make these changes, it means you agree to the new Terms & Conditions.

3.2. You need to keep an eye out for any changes, updates, or modifications. We’re (BP77) not obligated to inform you about these changes; it’s your responsibility to stay informed.

4.1. The information, materials, and data you find on the website, Services, and in any other form, such as marketing materials, results, stats, sports data, odds, text, graphics, videos, and audio content (referred to as “information”), are owned by BP77 and our licensors. These are meant for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4.2. You cannot adapt, copy, modify, reproduce, store, share, display, publish, send, sell, rent, lease, license, or make the information available to anyone else, on a different website, or through other media without our prior permission.

4.3. The Software, Services, and Information on the website are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual and proprietary rights. All these rights belong to, are licensed to, or are controlled by BP77 and our licensors. Using the website doesn’t give you any rights, interests, or licenses to the Software, Services, or the Information.

As a condition of using the Services, you promise not to use or access the website(s), Services, Software, and Information for any unlawful purpose as defined by the applicable laws or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Specifically, along with other promises and warranties mentioned in these Terms & Conditions, you agree:

1. You are using the Services on your own behalf and in your personal capacity, not on behalf of someone else.
2. You are not restricted by any legal limitations.
3. You are not classified as a compulsive gambler.
4. You are at least 18 years old.
5. You understand the risk of losing money when using the Services.
6. You won’t use or deposit money from illegal or unauthorized activities.
7. You won’t engage in criminal or unlawful activities or intend to use your Account for such activities.
8. You won’t allow others to use your Account for criminal or unlawful activities, including money laundering.
9. You’ll keep your username, account number, and password secure and confidential. If you lose them, you’ll notify us immediately.
10. You are solely responsible for all activities under your username, account number, and password, whether authorized or not.
11. You won’t use the website, Device(s), Software, or Information in a way that disrupts the Services’ operation for other users.
12. You won’t seek to obtain information about other members.
13. You won’t upload or distribute files containing viruses that could affect the performance of the device(s), Services, or the website.
14. Your access to and use of the Services and website comply with the laws and contracts applicable to you from your current location.
15. You won’t post or transmit any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, racially or ethnically offensive, pornographic, profane material, or any material that could be considered a criminal offence.
16. You are not an officer, director, employee, affiliate, or agent of BP77 or any company related to BP77, nor are you a relative or housemate of any of the aforementioned individuals.

As a condition of use of the Services, you promise not to use the Website(s), Services, Software, and Information for any purpose that goes against the laws that apply to you or that violates these Terms & Conditions. In addition to all the other promises and assurances mentioned in these Terms & Conditions, you specifically promise and agree that when using the Services:

6.1. To place bets with BP77, you need to complete the Account opening application. We have the right to decline your membership application without giving you a reason.

6.2. You confirm that all the information you provide during registration and in the membership application is accurate, true, and complete, including your name and mobile number.

6.3. We will take reasonable steps to keep any personal information you share with us confidential. We won’t disclose your personal data or betting information unless required by applicable laws and regulations.

6.4. It’s your responsibility to keep your personal information confidential. We may share your personal data with our payment settlement service providers and financial institutions as needed for processing payments.

6.5. We reserve the right to request further evidence of identification and age from you to verify your membership application (e.g., valid picture identification). If there is any change to your information details, you shall notify us of the relevant change immediately.

6.6. We may verify your name and address by post, and we might, at our discretion, conduct additional security checks based on the information you provide. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you allow BP77 to access, use, and store any identification verifications or checks that may be performed.

7.1. We accept bets for games that are advertised on the website and/or through the Device(s). All such bets are subject to the betting rules applicable to each event or game and to these Terms & Conditions. If there is a clear error or mistake occurs or an incorrect participant is quoted for any event, all bets placed on that event shall be cancelled. In the event of any malfunction to the BP77 gaming system, BP77 reserves the right to void any and all bets placed.

7.2. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms & Conditions, BP77 reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to decline all, or part, of any bet placed without providing any reason whatsoever.

7.3. We only accept bets made online following these Terms & Conditions. Bets in other forms, like by mail or email, won’t count, even if the event has already happened.

 7.4. We can close a member’s Account if we think they have breached these Terms or cheated, hacked, attacked, manipulated, or harmed fair betting. Any winnings and your Account balance will be forfeited and invalidated.

7.5. Any “abnormal bets,” like using artificial intelligence or “bots” on the internet, will be canceled without notice. Trying to use artificial intelligence will lead to Account termination.

7.6. Your bets are valid if you enter your username and password correctly and have enough funds in your Account. Once your bets are placed and confirmed by us, you can’t cancel, change, or take them back.

7.7. You are responsible for all activities and transactions with your: i. Name; ii. Account number iii. Username and password

7.8. Bets are considered valid when a transaction ID shows on your screen and appears in your transaction history.

7.9. No bets are allowed after an event starts or if the outcome is known when you place the bet. If a bet is mistakenly accepted after an event begins, we can cancel it. We decide whether to accept a bet.

7.10. Unless stated otherwise, the result of a match or event is determined on the day it finishes for betting purposes. The winner is decided according to the betting rules.

7.11. We don’t consider suspended games, protests, or overturned decisions for betting purposes.

7.12. You understand that odds, lines, and handicaps can change without notice and become final when we accept the bet. If there’s a clear error or system issue with the odds, we might try to contact you to let you place another bet at the correct odds.

7.13. We won’t accept multiple bets on the same event from you. Our decision regarding any bet and related transactions is final.

8.1. You acknowledge and agree that the Software provided to you belongs to BP77, and you do not acquire any rights to it. You cannot adapt, copy, change, reproduce, store, distribute, display, perform publicly, broadcast, publish, send, sell, rent, lease, license, or share the Software with anyone else, on any website or through any other media or device.

8.2. BP77 gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software on your Device(s) (the “License“), but only if you are the main user of that Device.

8.3. The Software is licensed and distributed by BP77 solely to let users fully access and use the Services.

8.4. You cannot:

1. Install or load the Software onto a server or networked device.
2. Copy, distribute, transfer, or assign the Software to someone else.
3. Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software to a third party.
4. Create ways for others to use the Software.
5. Translate, decompile, disassemble, change, or make derivative works based on the Software.
6. Use the Software in a way that goes against applicable laws or regulations.

9.1. BP77 can choose not to complete a transaction if there are differences between the bank account details and the registered full name.

9.2. Any funds you transfer to our bank accounts must be claimed within 1 month by submitting a deposit form. If you don’t do this, the funds will be considered forfeited.

9.3. BP77 has the right to reject transactions that are below the minimum amount stated on their respective transaction pages.

9.4. BP77 is not responsible or liable for funds credited to an Account by mistake, and they can cancel any transactions involving such funds. If funds are mistakenly credited to your Account, you must notify BP77 immediately.

10.1. Your winnings from bets that have been settled will be added to your account and can be withdrawn following our Terms and Conditions.

10.2. We won’t release your funds in any situation if you haven’t played through the full amount of your deposit.

10.3. Withdrawals of money from your Account may only be made in the same currency in which deposits were made.

10.4. The bank account used for the original placement of the deposit must be the same as the name of the registered account.

10.5. BP77 can make a charge to your account to cover reasonable costs related to both deposits and withdrawals.

11.1. All promotions at BP77 are for single Accounts only. If we find any collusion or the use of multiple Accounts, we will confiscate all bonus and winning amounts.

11.2. Turnover on all types of non-live Table games (e.g., Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat, and other non-live Table games) and non-Slot games (e.g., Arcade, Lottery, Bingo, and other non-Slot games) will not count towards the turnover requirement unless specifically stated.

11.3. BP77 will count only settled bets with win or loss results as valid turnover.

11.4. The required turnover amount for promotions does not count as a valid turnover for rebate calculations.

11.5. We can unilaterally decide to execute, modify, change, stop, cancel, or invalidate a promotion at any time without prior notice.

11.6. All promotions and special offers are subject to these Terms & Conditions. We can suspend, withdraw, or modify any promotions at any time.

11.7. If we suspect a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a promotion, we may, at our discretion, block, deny, suspend, withhold, or withdraw the member from the promotion.

11.8. BP77 can void any bets made by individuals or groups acting together or attempting fraud, and the money in the accounts will be confiscated immediately.

12.1. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, fraud, taking unfair advantage of us, and/or other suspicious activity. We have the right to block and remove bonuses, related winnings, and deposits from Accounts involved in such activities or behavior as we see fit.

12.2. We may review transaction records and logs from time to time for any reason. By using our service, you agree to this. If, upon review, it appears that you are participating in strategies that we deem, at our sole discretion, to be:

1. Promotional abuse; and/or
2. Engaging in irregular gameplay; and/or
3. Displaying abnormal betting behavior 
   
   

We have the right to deny, withhold, revoke, or withdraw your entitlement to any promotion, winnings, or bonus, or terminate your access to the website and block your account. Please note that in such cases, we are not obligated to refund any funds in your Account.

12.3. “Promotional Abuse” includes, but is not limited to, any of the following types of play: 

1. Collaborating with others to abuse promotions, cheat, or engage in unfair behavior. 
2. Depositing and withdrawing funds quickly to exploit the promotion, such as depositing to receive free spins, wagering just over the deposit value, and then initiating a withdrawal.
3. Taking advantage of software or system issues, bugs, loopholes, faults, errors, or failures, including, but not limited to, any game. 
4. Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus or free spins offer more than once

12.4. “Irregular Gameplay” includes, but is not limited to, any of the following types of play: 

1. Placing equal, zero, or low margin bets or hedge betting in any form, such as betting on both Black and Red in Roulette or covering more than 25 of the 37 numbers on the table, including side betting in sports and live casinos. 
2. Delaying winnings, for example, by starting a “free spin” or “bonus” feature with bonus or cash funds, exiting the bonus or bonus round, and completing it later, after the bonus has been wagered.
3. “Game State Abuse,” where bonus funds are used solely to progress through bonus stages, with the final stages completed with cash bets once bonus funds have been released or forfeited. 
4. Leaving large bets on the table, such as in Blackjack, and returning after completing bonus wagering.

12.5. “Abnormal Betting Behavior” includes, but is not limited to, any of the following types of play: 

1. “Arbitrage Betting,” where a player places multiple bets in a single match to cover all possible outcomes while guaranteeing a profit. 
2. “Insider Betting,” where a player has insider information about certain matches and bets on outcomes that guarantee a profit.
3. “Robot/System Formula Betting,” where a program is used to calculate and automatically place bets on prices with a higher winning rate.

You agree to indemnify and hold BP77, our employees, officers, directors, licensors, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents for any losses, damages, or claims (including reasonable legal fees) that may arise from your violation of the Terms & Conditions.

14.1. BP77 is not responsible for the content, products, or representations found on external or third-party websites in the public domain. We disclaim any warranties, representations, and responsibilities regarding any aspect of the Services, the website, or the information provided by third parties. We are not liable for any failures, breaches, or inactions of third-party partners.

14.2. Your participation in the Games is entirely at your discretion and risk. By playing the Games, you acknowledge that you do not consider the Games and Services offensive, unfair, or indecent in any way.

14.3. While some legal jurisdictions have not addressed the legality of online or offshore gambling, others have explicitly made it illegal. We do not intend for anyone to use the website and Services in places where such use is illegal. It is your responsibility to ensure that you always comply with the laws that apply to you and that you have the legal right to use the website and Services.

14.4. Under no circumstances, including negligence, is BP77 liable for damages or losses alleged to result from the Site or its content. This includes but is not limited to, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communication failures, misuse of the site or its content by any person, or errors or omissions in the content. BP77 disclaims all warranties, representations, and responsibilities to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that any electronic correspondence sent through the servers is free from viruses or bugs.

14.5. BP77 does not guarantee that the offered services meet your expectations or standards. It is your responsibility to ensure that your system is configured appropriately to utilize the Services. Some of the Information may be provisional and subject to revision or modification.

14.6. In case of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your Device and our server, the result on our server will prevail. You understand and agree that, without prejudice to your other rights and remedies, BP77 records will be the final authority in determining your participation in the Games, the resulting activity, and the circumstances in which they occurred.

14.7. BP77 reserves the right to discontinue, modify, remove, or add to the Services, temporarily or permanently, at our absolute discretion with immediate effect, and we will not be liable for any losses in this regard.

14.8. This disclaimer replaces all previous agreements and contracts. By using the Services and website, you agree to indemnify BP77 and its affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, and associates against all claims, liabilities, or expenses, including attorney fees and court charges, arising from your access or use of the Services and website, whether or not BP77 has been informed of such a possibility. By using the Services and Site, you expressly waive any rights that may arise against us.

14.9. Your use of this site signifies that you have read, understood, and acknowledged all the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and disclaimer.

15.1. BP77 may void winnings, freeze and forfeit your Account balance, or deactivate your Account at any time without cause, including but not limited to the following situations:

77. You have more than one active Account with BP77. 
78. The registered full name does not match the name on the bank account or payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals. 

iii. You participate in a promotion and withdraw before meeting the promotion’s requirements. 

1. You provided incorrect or misleading registration information. 
2. You failed to provide the requested identification information. 
3. You are underage. 

vii. You deny any transactions or deposits made. 

viii. You deposit money from illegal or unauthorized activities. 

77. You engage in cheating, use artificial intelligence, or collude with other players to defraud BP77. 
78. You allow someone else to use your Account, intentionally or unintentionally. 
79. You do not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

15.2. If Services are suspended or your Account is deactivated, they will be reinstated or reactivated after verification of the necessary rectifications.

15.3. BP77 retains authority over the issuance, maintenance, and closure of members’ Accounts at any time, for any reason. Our decision regarding any aspect of your Account, use of the Services, or the website is final and not subject to review or appeal. We will provide reasonable notice before taking such action unless legal or practical circumstances prevent us from doing so.

16.1. We provide links to external websites for your convenience, but we are not responsible for ensuring the accuracy, currency, or maintenance of the content on these linked sites.

16.2. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external websites.

16.3. We are not liable for any loss or damage related to your use of the links to external websites provided on our site.

16.4. We are not associated with or affiliated with any statements, opinions, trademarks, logos, products, services, or the operators or owners of external websites under any circumstances.

We have the sole discretion to add new games or features to the website, as well as to start, stop, discontinue, limit access to, or modify any games or features at any time.

18.1. We reserve the right to pursue all available remedies for any violation of these Terms & Conditions. This includes the right to deny or restrict access to the Services, website, and Information to any individual, terminate your account, or block access from a specific Internet address at our sole discretion.

18.2. You agree to indemnify and hold BP77 and its affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, and associates harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees and other charges, that may arise as a result of: 

1. Your breach of the Agreement, in whole or in part. 
2. Violation of any law or third-party rights.
3. Use of the Services and/or website by you or anyone using your login details.

19.1. In case of any discrepancy between the translated versions of this Agreement, the English-language version shall prevail.

19.2. This Agreement represents the complete understanding and agreement between BP77 and you concerning the Services and the website, and it supersedes any prior agreement, understanding, or arrangement.
